|Recommended: YesJust a little back Story. — So I moved here for Up North, was in a bad mentally abusive relationship. Decided I wanted to move to Dallas from Houston. I came here for work to only find out I was six in a half weeks pregnant Fast forward, the father of my child put me, my belongings and unknowingly at the time our baby out. He decided since he already had 2 kids He didn’t want anymore.. after we had planned it all. This decision left me In my car alone and homeless. At the time I was working two very hard and stressful jobs when I found out I was pregnant I left one. Just so it wouldn’t be to much on my baby. Finding the news out I had no choice but to hurry and find a place. When I say not being from here is the only thing that makes it hard. So my search for a place was even harder. And with rent being so expensive I didn’t think I’d be able to afford anything around me. I stumbled across this place and let’s just say I don’t want to leave The front desk is Great staff friendly only thing is parking. But it can’t be perfect all around. Sad update to it all I ended up miss carrying on Mother’s Day right before my move in date. Although I won’t be able to share this place with my precious sweet Angel. I’m not homeless, I’m safe and I’m not in my car sleeping in some dangerous areas at times... this place was just right for me from rent down to utilities. Thank for not over looking me in the time of my struggle.

|Recommended: YesLovely Place — Apartments are great except for noise transfer between units, can hear loud noises at night. But on the plus side management is very quick to deal with noise complaints so its not too bad

|Recommended: YesGreat location — Parking where you want is sometimes difficult depending on which apartment you are in, but the grounds are well taken care of, and the staff is excellent. Fair price for a great location between Dallas, Farmers Branch, and Addison. The buildings are older but they are continuing to update them. The one I am in was completely remodeled not long ago.
